 Product Description

A pressure sensor is a crucial detection device. Its core function is to accurately convert pressure signals into electrical signals or other measurable signals that are easy to measure and process. In the modern technological system, it is like a sensitive "sensing antenna", widely distributed in numerous fields. It is a fundamental component for achieving automated control and intelligent monitoring, providing indispensable pressure data support for various devices and systems.

Piezoelectric Effect: Special crystal materials generate electric charges on the surface when pressured. The charge amount is linearly related to the pressure, which is used by piezoelectric pressure sensors.

Piezoresistive Effect: For piezoresistive pressure sensors with semiconductor materials, pressure changes the semiconductor's atomic structure and thus its resistance. Measuring this resistance change calculates the pressure.

Capacitive Effect: In capacitive pressure sensors, pressure alters the distance between capacitor plates or the permittivity of the filling material. Detecting the resulting capacitance change enables pressure measurement.

Product Features:

High Precision: The measurement is extremely accurate, and the error is strictly controlled within a very small range.

High Sensitivity: It can quickly respond to minor pressure changes.

Wide Range: The measurement range has a large span, covering from extremely low pressure to ultra-high pressure.

Strong Stability: It is less affected by environmental factors and has long-term stable and reliable performance.

Fast Response: It can track and capture the dynamic changes of pressure in real-time.

Pressure sensors are used in a wide variety of applications:

Industry: Widely used for pressure monitoring in industrial production processes such as chemical engineering and petroleum.

Automotive: It covers the pressure detection links in systems such as engines and brakes.

Medical: Commonly found in various medical devices such as sphygmomanometers and ventilators.

Aerospace: Responsible for measuring key parameters such as aircraft air pressure and fuel pressure.

Consumer Electronics: Helps mobile phones achieve special pressing functions such as 3D Touch.
