The PT100 is a resistive temperature sensor made of platinum. Its resistance value is 100Ω at 0°C, and the resistance change rate is 0.3851Ω/°C. The temperature is calculated by measuring the resistance value change of the platinum resistor. The general measurement range is from -200°C to +850°C. It has the advantages of high precision, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability.

Product Features:
It converts the temperature variable into a standardized output signal that can be transmitted, usually a direct current signal of 0mA~10mA or 4mA~20mA (or 1V~5V), which is convenient for display, recording, and control.
PT100 Temperature Sensors are used in a wide variety of applications:
1. Industrial Uses
In manufacturing, it monitors furnace temperatures in metallurgy for efficient metal production. In chemical plants, it controls reaction temperatures to ensure safety and product quality. For power generation, it measures temperatures in boilers and turbines to optimize efficiency.
2. HVAC Systems
Installed in buildings, it regulates indoor temperatures for comfort. In chiller plants, it helps manage refrigerant and water temperatures for energy - efficient cooling.
3. Food Sector
In food production, it ensures proper cooking and pasteurization temperatures. In cold storage, it maintains ideal temperatures to prevent food spoilage.
4. Medical and Pharma
In pharmaceutical manufacturing, it controls process temperatures for drug quality. In medical equipment like incubators, it maintains a suitable environment.
5. Automotive Field
It monitors engine coolant, oil, and air intake temperatures for better engine performance. Also, it adjusts cabin temperatures in vehicle air - conditioning systems.
